Who Can Get a Medical Marijuana Card in Georgia?
To get a Low THC Oil card, you must:

What Is Low THC Oil?
Georgia defines Low THC Oil as an extract that contains:
✅ No more than 5% THC by weight
✅ At least as much CBD as THC
✅ For oral use only – smoking or vaping is not allowed under the law
