What Does the New Bill Propose?

- Personal Possession and Cultivation: Allow adults aged 21 and over to possess up to 60 grams of marijuana flower, up to 15 grams of cannabis concentrate, and personal cultivation of up to 12 marijuana plants would be allowed.
- Medical Cannabis Access: The bill outlines provisions for medical cannabis use, including specific qualifying conditions and guidelines for administration.
- Regulation and Distribution: Establish a framework for regulated sales, cultivation, and distribution.

Tennesseans Support Cannabis Legalization
